The nomination "Our Brothers": An unusual dog has such a fine hearing and flair that it knows in advance from which direction the drone is flying.
The extraordinary story of the Pulya and its owner Viktor Shevchenko began by chance when the man was returning home to Rostov-on-Don from Stary Oskol. A lonely and very thin puppy was running along the forest road, Victor stopped and decided to feed the poor guy. But the baby was so formidable that even the delicious ham did not immediately cool her ardor. However, when the dog's stomach was full and the stranger was no longer a threat, she jumped into the car herself. Since then, Viktor and his fighting girlfriend, who was named Bullet, have been inseparable," the journalists of the Don 24 TV channel said.

Viktor Shevchenko is 68 years old. He says that life has changed dramatically since the Pulya appeared in the family. The dog is active and has to move and run a lot, which means it has to keep in shape. Especially Pulya began to help its owner in another important task - the delivery of humanitarian aid "for a ribbon".
"Many people ask me how I'm not afraid to go to the front line, because there are drones flying all the time. And I answer that any drone will hear my bullet before it even has time to reach us. I've already gotten used to it, the bullet immediately turns to me and looks very intently into my eyes, starts to squeal," shares Victor.

The son came up with the nickname Pulya for the new family member, because the dog turned out to be lightning fast. It ran and jumped faster than anyone, and could easily run alongside a car at speed. Pulya also swims perfectly, it turned out that it has webbing on its paws, which huskies cannot have. It was then that familiar dog handlers told Victor - your husky is not really a dog, because Pulya's dad was a wolf.
"It saved me more than once. There was a case when we arrived at a checkpoint, everything was calm, and then a bullet made it clear to me that drones were flying. I tell the fighters, but they don't believe me. And after a short time, we hear on the radio: "A wing is flying towards you." We're taking cover," Viktor Shevchenko said.

Since then, the fighters in the special military zone have no questions about Pulya's instinct. Moreover, many guys were so imbued with the gift of this dog that they asked to bring them puppies from Pulya. This is exactly what Viktor Shevchenko is doing now, they have already found a groom for the half-breed half-wolf, and they really hope that in the coming months they will be able to please the Russian soldiers with a new addition of four-legged fighters.
