The result of the seventh season is 442 works from journalists and bloggers.
Dear friends, our esteemed jury has completed the vote count and determined the laureates and prize-winners of the "With Pen and Heart" contest. It was not easy for the arbitrators to make a choice this season, for the simple reason that more than 400 works from 60 regions of Russia, as well as from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Serbia, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Transnistria, Abkhazia and Georgia were submitted to their court.
Nevertheless, a month and a half of studying applications and heated discussions ended, as always, with a logical finale – the preparation of a consolidated protocol, where the laureates and prizewinners of the seventh season were determined.
We announce the winners in accordance with the order in which applications are received.:

The distribution of the winners' places on the podium, as well as the names of the twelve participants awarded Honorary Diplomas by the decision of the arbitrators, will be announced at the award ceremony for the winners of the seventh season.
By tradition, our kind event will take place in the most hospitable city of Russia, Zelenogradsk, on April 24 and 25.
